KMJ Enterprises was appointed to design and deliver a contemporary swimming pool facility for the Tiptol Guesthouse in Postmasburg. Commissioned by Anglo American, the project required a design solution that would elevate the guest experience while maintaining durability, efficiency, and architectural harmony with the existing structures.

The objective was clear: create a modern recreational environment that promotes relaxation, social interaction, and premium hospitality standards within the Northern Cape context.
