The architectural concept is organised around a courtyard-style layout, creating protected outdoor living spaces that anchor the home and encourage natural light and ventilation throughout. Flat roof forms, textured plaster finishes, and carefully proportioned openings reinforce the modern, minimalist aesthetic while maintaining warmth and human scale.

Large sliding doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing living areas to flow directly onto timber decks and landscaped lawns. Feature elements such as the integrated fireplace, sheltered patios, and intimate seating zones were carefully positioned to support year-round use and family interaction.

Throughout the design process, the client played an active role in shaping spatial relationships, material choices, and lifestyle functionality. Regular design workshops and visualisations ensured alignment between vision and execution, resulting in a home that feels both intentional and personal.
